What is the VIP Club and how can I join?

The VIP Club is our way to reward loyal players. You don’t need to do anything special to join. Once you’ve created your account at LuckyHills, you’re already part of the VIP Club and start at Level 1 – Luckyway #1.

How can I progress in the VIP Club?

You can level up in 2 parts of the VIP Club:


  1. Lifetime part:
    • You progress from Level 1 to Level 8 by collecting Experience Points (XP)
    • Every lifetime level you reach never expires and gives you better rewards such as higher weekly cashback, and more
  2. Seasonal part:
    • Once you reach the lifetime VIP Iron level, you unlock access to seasonal VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond)
    • You achieve these VIP levels by collecting Season Points (SP) within the season
    • Seasonal VIP levels from Bronze to Diamond you need to confirm in the following seasons
What are XP/SP and how to collect them?

You can level up in 2 parts of the VIP Club:


  • Experience Points (XP)
    • XP help you level up in the lifetime part of the VIP Club.
    • These points never expire.
    • Every XP you earn brings you closer to the lifetime VIP Iron level that unlocks VIP levels with better rewards.
  • Season Points (SP)
    • You collect SP in the seasonal part of the VIP Club.
    • You earn SP to reach and keep VIP Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond within a 3-month season.
How to collect XP/SP

You earn XP/SP by completing these actions:


  • 10 AUD deposit gives you up to 20 XP/SP
  • 15 AUD bet in slot gives you up to 1 XP/SP
  • 29 AUD bet in Live games gives you up to 1 XP/SP
  • 8 AUD bet on sports gives you up to 1 XP/SP

What are seasons and how can I progress in them?

🔹Season is a 3-month period during which you can reach a higher VIP level or confirm a current one.


How to progress within the season:

  1. Collect SP needed to reach VIP Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond
  2. Confirm your current VIP level to keep your rewards in the next season

Once you reach the VIP Iron level, it never expires and becomes yours forever. All other VIP levels (from Bronze to Diamond) you need to confirm each season. If you don’t do that, it will drop by one level next season.

Example:

If you reach VIP Gold in Season 1, you will keep your VIP rewards in Season 2. However, if your activity drops in Season 2 and you don’t maintain your current VIP level, it will decrease to VIP Silver in Season 3.

How are rewards earned?

You unlock new rewards with every higher level you reach. For example, you were VIP Iron and reached VIP Bronze. When you’re VIP Bronze, you receive these rewards that weren’t available for VIP Iron such as daily deposit insurance, VIP Customer Care, higher and faster payouts.

What is the Experience Boost and how does it work?

Experience Boost helps you increase your progress toward VIP Bronze more quickly. For this, you need to reach VIP Iron within the season. Once you do, your Experience Points (XP) will be converted into Season Points (SP), giving you the boost needed to reach VIP Bronze.

What is daily deposit insurance?
Daily deposit insurance is a feature that provides an additional layer of protection and peace of mind to our players.
